“We have a lifelong bond with our territory. Though many changes have taken place in the course of time, our family has always dealt with them and nowadays the result is the fulfilment of a project, based on the passion for our work and history.”.
In the morainic hillside area of Lake Garda, our traditional winery produces Noè, a spumante fruit of deep research and passion for this land. Our mission is grounded in strong family values and long-lasting experience.
After years in the business of oil products and in the hospitality industry, famiglia dalla Bernardina turns one of its secondary activities into a project tightly bound to this land: a territory covered by hilly vineyards dedicated to the production of spumante.
Guyot vine training system, handwork and selection of the bunches of grapes make this spumante, obtained from Charmat Lungo process, a true example of local vines quality.
Grapes, in early dormancy, are softly pressed and once wine is obtained, it is left aging on natural yeasts for at least five months; then it is refined in steel tanks in order to get the typical spumante bouquet and taste: full-bodied but fresh and fine at the same time.
